Self-Care with a Chronic Illness: Bath

It's Arthritis Awareness Month! This month I am challenging you to take a little time each day and practice better self-care. Each day I plan to share one simple way you can show yourself some love and appreciation.

Bath. It's Friday night. You have done a lot this week. Take 15-20 minutes and appreciate all the hard work your body and you have done this week.

  • Turn on quiet music or sit alone.  
  • Light candles or dim the lights.
  • Sit quietly or bring in a book to read.
  • Invite a friend to join you!
