It seems what we had growing up has changed and passed. This was our first year not playing games because the kids were to busy texting their friends. Think maybe the cellphones should have waited until the end of day. But Christmas eve the kids still love to have me read christmas books and we bake, hang out and just enjoy each other. I think starting our own traditions is a wonderful thing.robynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10289798678966549181noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4078059806926332516.post-7159984306348954802009-12-25T11:37:37.992-06:002009-12-25T11:37:37.992-06:00Merry Christmas to you and your family Cathy!Merry Christmas to you and your family Cathy!Living It, Loving Ithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03194896483256964340noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4078059806926332516.post-73005361944946125382009-12-24T18:29:13.771-06:002009-12-24T18:29:13.771-06:00Sounds like a great Christmas time ritual your fam...Sounds like a great Christmas time ritual your family has developed. My sister and I, both in our 20s now, spend a quiet day with my parents and the pets. We eat a big, late breakfast, take a long walk in the woods, even nap for a bit in the afternoon. It's not nearly as hectic as it used to be, but I wouldn't change a thing.Helenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07842890893365738906noreply@blogger.com
