Along the way on my medications route I have tried other ways to feel better.

An improved diet was a big help and so was exercise. Also physio and occupational therapy methods to function better are useful to me. A TENS machine has helped me when I have really sore muscles and splints are a part of my life ongoing.

Because of neck trouble I was advised not to see a chiropractor. So I am not too adventurous overall really.Annettehttp://yourgoldwatch.blogspot.ca/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4078059806926332516.post-72608385996465643372013-03-01T05:42:01.579-06:002013-03-01T05:42:01.579-06:00Thanks RAJ for leaving a comment and a compliment....Thanks RAJ for leaving a comment and a compliment. :) Enjoy the book.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13076282329093508289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4078059806926332516.post-68461378366628922952013-03-01T05:41:27.165-06:002013-03-01T05:41:27.165-06:00Thanks Carla.
