After the initial diagnosis and year or so of turmoil, I just started telling myself that I wouldn't let this get the best of me. I was going in remission and I was going to resume as normal a life as I could.

For the most part, it really did work. Or something worked. I believe that I live a full, active, happy, upbeat life, despite the RA.

Thanks for this wonderful post.Leighhttp://phat50chick.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4078059806926332516.post-22836527492843606162012-01-30T09:22:17.912-06:002012-01-30T09:22:17.912-06:00Thanks for this post, Cathy.

If I visualize myself working out, feeling good and actually enjoying it, I find it so much easier to get started. Maybe I'll try to incorporate it into other areas of my life, too!Helenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07842890893365738906noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4078059806926332516.post-14349442605659574572012-01-30T07:33:32.720-06:002012-01-30T07:33:32.720-06:00I am in the process of working on a blog entry abo...I am in the process of working on a blog entry about visual imagery after some very positive experiences during a recent pain flare. I think that the practice of imagery is underutilized by the medical community in general. A reminder that I am "healthy" and even though I may be under the weather for a spell, I will return once again behind the lens and wondering out in the world.abcsofrahttp://abcsofra.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
