You're right - putting on/lo...Great idea Cathy! You're right - putting on/losing weight doesn't just happen. It means your lifestyle has changed for whatever reason. At my last rheumy appointment at the start of Jan I was told I'd put on 12 pounds!!! Since July. Nightmare, haha. I am still quite slim but it was a bit of a shocker.
