Also, looking forward to hearing more about your diet. Good luck!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13076282329093508289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4078059806926332516.post-61375401411523760422009-11-05T07:50:14.481-06:002009-11-05T07:50:14.481-06:00I finally ordered my Body Ecology book! I also found a bunch of mp3s to download from the site of Donna talking about the theory behind the BED, there was information on downloading them right after i signed up for the newsletter. Also, yesterday my mom and I made cultured veggies thanks to your post with the Sandor Katz video! I have his book but the video made it so much easier! right now I'm doing the Candida diet b/c it's the only thing that has gotten rid of my pain. But I'm still eating the cultured foods recommended by WAPF and BED.Have you seen some of the holiday recipes on the BED site? they look good! also, you might want to look at Namaste Foods...they carry a lot of baking mixes that you are probably able to have on the diet, and they are unbelievably good. They'll help you get through the holidays if you are able to have them!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4078059806926332516.post-59763979498379319782009-11-04T13:54:32.845-06:002009-11-04T13:54:32.845-06:00I had never heard about the Body Ecology Diet, up ...I had never heard about the Body Ecology Diet, up until your series of posts on this topic.
