In the last week, I have had some additional stress in my life. As the stress comes on, I can immediately feel it settling in my joints. So, I have been focusing this week on breathing in and letting it out slowly. I am amazed at how much stress just leaves my body when I concentrate on my breathing. So far, I have been able to avoid any flare-ups!
Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving me those wonderful comments! I think it is great that you are eating a gluten-free diet for your RA. I have heard that it helps many people with RA. I have been having some additional stress in my life too and it really does help to breath in deeply doesn't it? I try to teach my little Sophie to do that too, we do stretches and she loves it. I tell her to "touch the sky" and touch her toes, etc...
